GENERAL POLICIES:

Contact us directly at 1-760-773-4949 during regular business hours or email: info@ladygolf.com prior to placing any orders and we will happily advise you of the anticipated delivery dates for your selected merchandise if you require the order within a specific time frame.

For our Military families we can easily ship to APO's, AE & other Military Post Office addresses. 

Your Credit Card will be charged when the order is received to start the order process.

Should you have a gift certificate, store credit or promotional saving code you wish to use please indicate this in the "Instructions/Comments" section of the shopping cart during checkout and these deductions will reflect on your actual bill after they have been verified, and not the on the automated email order confirmation. Store Credits are not transferable. All orders do require a valid billing, ship to and credit card account. Your credit card will only be  charged when the orders balance exceeds the available store credit or gift certificate amount available. 

PROMOTIONAL CODES: Lady Golf will provide promotional codes to our newsletter subscribers through our weekly newsletters only and no other source. Lady Golf will never provide any promotional codes through Third Party websites.  

Our site is secure, however if you feel safer placing your online order by phone, call us directly at (760) 773-4949 and we will be happy to process your order. This method does require a return email from you confirming you have read LadyGolf .Com's Sales, Return & Exchange Policies prior to placing your order, agree to all terms and wish to continue with placing the order.

SIZE AND FIT:
All merchandise listed on ladygolf.com refers to U. S. sizing and scales. If you are unfamiliar with any brand size we recommend you contact us so we may assure you order the proper sizes.

Sale merchandise is sold on a first come basis only. You are welcome to contact us to inquire if sale goods are still available but they can not be held.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY:
Domestic orders will be shipped according to the service selected when merchandise is ready for shipment.
Example: If standard ground service was chosen as the method for shipping, your order will generally deliver within 7 to 10 Business Days after your order has been shipped. Not after the order was placed. A confirmation email will be sent when your shipment(s) have been placed in transit. Please be sure to add info@ladygolf.com to your safe senders mail contact list to assure you receive our communications.  

PRIORITY SHIPPING:
Domestic Overnight and Second Day Air Shipments: Your order will deliver next business day or second business day accordingly after it has been shipped. Not after it was placed. If your priority ship products are not in stock, you will be contacted by email and/or phone and we will advise when the products can be shipped for you or suggest alternate in-stock options.

IN STOCK:
Merchandise for domestic orders normally ships within 7 to 10 business days after your online order has been placed. A confirmation email will be sent when your shipment(s) have been placed in transit. Please be sure to add info@ladygolf.com to your safe senders mail contact list to assure you receive our communications.  

OUT OF STOCK:
Domestic merchandise back-orders usually ship 10-14 days after the order was placed. Items back-ordered for more than 14 days: Lady Golf will notify the customer via e-mail or by phone with an expected ship date. A confirmation email will be sent when your shipment(s) have been placed in transit. Please be sure to add info@ladygolf.com to your safe senders mail contact list to assure you receive our communications.  

CUSTOM GOLF BAG ORDERS:
All Golf Bag Shipments Start at $32.50 for delivery within the contiguous U.S.A due to oversized package dimensions and weight. Express and International shipments rates will vary based on time frame selected and ultimate destination. Custom and Hand-Made Golf Bags and accessories will deliver in approximately 12 to 16 weeks time however, the time may vary either way depending on season and production demand but most often time runs approximately 6 to 7 weeks from the date your custom production order was received. Custom Fabrication orders may not be cancelled after accepted for production.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Canada: For our neighbors to the north, we offer reduced cost standard shipping methods. Simply place any merchandise into the shopping cart and select the level of service to see your shipping cost. Please note with all International shipping Lady Golf's cost for shipping never includes import tax, duty and other import associated cost. Please contact your local customs office regarding any potential import costs.

For all other International destinations on orders above $100.00 US, Lady Golf will select UPS - (United Parcel Service), insured and with tracking. The average minimum cost is approximately $55 to $65 U.S. dollars for UPS and increases with order value, package size/weight and the ultimate destination.

For lower value orders Lady Golf will use the United States Postal Service which will transition to your area's local post service when they reach your country. Again your shipping cost Do Not include any associated Tax, Duty or other import fee's imposed by your country for the import.Please do not place an order if you are unable to accept these cost. 

International orders placed online will not reflect a shipment cost on the order confirmation. The actual shipping cost will be calculated based upon order value, weight & package dimensions, ultimate delivery destination. If you require the ship amount to be verified prior to shipping, please request this by email prior to placing your order. Please include the following... 1. Item(s) you wish to order. 2. your full address for delivery. International orders generally have an additional 3 to 5 day credit card verification period before released for shipment. Orders shipped via United Parcel Service deliver in 2 to 3 business days after shipment and for smaller value orders shipped by the US Post time in transit can vary from 7 to 21 days. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order if you prefer a specific shipping method or require delivery within a specific time frame.

IMPORT TAX, DUTY, BROKERAGE, ETC. applies to all orders shipped outside the U.S.A.
Please contact your local customs or government offices for possible tax and duty rates which may be collectible. The customer is responsible for all imposed import fee's as a result of placing an order with Lady Golf.

ALASKA, HAWAII & PUERTO RICO:
A $15.00 Surcharge will be added to the shipping cost for these areas as they require Air Freight Ship Service.

SHIPPING POLICIES & DETERMINING SHIP COST:

All orders placed with shipping services requested will be charged a shipping fee. To calculate Shipping Charges, add an item(s) to your shopping cart and enter your shipping address zip code to see the available shipping service options, and various shipping charges for your order. High Value Orders Exceeding a Value of $1000 - Should you place an order valued over $1000.00 you have the option of selecting the high value quote option. Doing so will automatically request of review of order ultimate value, weight, dimensions and destination to calculate the best price possible. This option is not valid for orders valued at less than $1000.00 -  Please note that all shipping charges include shipping, handling and insurance combined so in the unfortunate event a package becomes lost, stolen or damaged once it leave our shipping warehouse, the order will be fully covered for product replacement and re-shipping at no additional charge. Should the item not be replaceable due to situations such as clearance, prior season or last product, the customer may choose from alternative replacement products, store credit, or refund when permissible. Free Shipping Offers: For our newsletter subscribers who utilize free shipping offers, you are still fully covered for the full insured value of merchandise and shipping for replacement when available.

    MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT:

    Lady Golf does have a $25.00 minimum order requirement for online orders.

    ORDER CANCELLATION POLICIES: 

    Standard non-custom, non-special orders may be cancelled at any time prior to the order being shipped by sending email to info@ladygolf.com, or by calling us during regular hours of operation directly at (760)-773-4949
    Please provide your order number or confirmation number along with your name and contact information.

    WARRANTIES-DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE:
    Lady Golf is committed to providing products of highest quality and value. All merchandise will be inspected prior to shipping. In addition, we request that you also carefully inspect your order upon receipt.

    Lady Golf offers a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. Worn footwear will be repaired or replaced at the manufactures discretion. Should you experience a product defect, we request that you please contact us by phone and we will make every effort to resolve the problem and provide you with a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) as well as a return shipping label for qualified merchandise.

    REDEEM A STORE CREDIT ONLINE:
    If you have a store credit slip you wish to use please indicate this in the Comments-Special Instructions section of the shopping cart during checkout. Type the credit slip number, date issued and the amount of the store credit available. The available credit will be deducted and reflect on your actual bill after the credit has been verified. Please note any automated emails or order confirmations may not reflect the application of store credits if they have not been verified. All orders do require a valid billing, ship to and credit card account. Your credit card will only be  charged when the orders balance exceeds the available store credit or gift card amount available.

  • EXPIRATION OF STORE CREDITS:
    Please treat your credit slips like cash as they are not replaceable if lost. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide your credit slips for redemption. Credit slips many not be duplicated, modified or otherwise altered in any way or they will become Null and Void. Store credits must be used within 6 months from the date of issue or will expire.
