Q: Is Lady Golf an online website only or is there a physical store location to shop at?

A: Lady Golf has been in business over 30 years as a brick and mortar shop with the added convenience of a website that our local and international clients can shop on any time of day or night.

Q: Is Lady Golf open all year?

A: Yes, Lady Golf is open all year round. We do close on several major holidays through the year such as New Years day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day so our staff can spend time with family. We are open Monday through Saturday from 9:00am till 4:00pm and Closed on Sundays.

Q:  Can I special order something I want that is not listed on your website?

A:  Yes, If you need something that you cannot find on LadyGolf.com please give us a call directly at 760-773-4949 during regular business hours or email us at info@ladygolf.com and one of our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you.

Q:  Can I change or cancel my order?

A:  After your order has been submitted, you have a limited amount of time to change or cancel your order.  We strive to get every order filled and shipped as quickly as possible. Please call customer service directly at 760-773-4949 as soon as possible and during regular business hours if you need to change or cancel your order.

Q:  How do I know if my order has shipped?

A:  You will receive an email confirmation with your orders package tracking number and order details as soon as your order has shipped. Additionally you may log into your online account to check the status of your order or call customer service during regular business hours directly: 760-773-4949

Q:  Can I apply an in-store credit to an online order?

A:  Yes. Store credits can be applied on an online order. Just fill-in the comments section box during check out and note that you have a store credit you would like to use against the orders total. The store credit will be applied during the actual processing stage and not immediately on the auto generated order.

Q: Does Lady Golf offer promotional codes or coupons.

A: Yes. Lady Golf does offer promotional offers but only through our official newsletters which you may sign up for on our website at www.ladygolf.com  - Please be careful of any websites other than Lady Golf - The Fashion House where you are asked to enter your email or personal information to receive a site wide percentage off coupon as Lady Golf simply does not offer these types of discounts. When we do offer a sale or promotion, the prices will reflect on our website for a designated amount of time. Any other site may be a Phishing website attempting to harvest your email to sell to other companies as in a mailing list or other manner.

Q:  What is your return policy?

A:  Lady Golf is committed to having satisfied customers. Since or products are seasonal and move quickly we offer a 10 day money back return policy if you are not completely satisfied with the product you have purchased online, simply return it within 10 calendar days for a full refund. Merchandise returned from 11 days up to 30 days qualify for store credit which can be used toward the purchase of other merchandise however will expire after 6 months. Please note when shopping at the physical store location the in-store/return policy is exchange or store credit only within 10 days of purchase.

Q:  How do I return merchandise?

A:  Lady Golf - The Fashion House recommends using any convenient service with package tracking options such as the Postal Service, United Parcel Service or Federal Express. Please call our customer service team during regular business hours if you have additional questions or need assistance.

Q:  Are items covered under a warranty?

A:  Lady Golf offers a 30 day in-house warranty against manufacturer defects. After 30 days all products are backed and additional 30 days by manufacturer's warranties. If you have a problem during the manufacturer's warranty period, Lady Golf - The Fashion House will do everything we can to assist you. Please call or email customer service for more information.

Q:  Can I place an order online and pick it up in your retail store instead of having it shipped?

A:  At this time we do not offer this service.  We will be happy to assist you with finding out if the particular items you want are available at our local retail store. Please call or email for assistance.

Q:  The price online and the in-store price are different. Which is correct?

A:  From time to time Lady Golf will have offers that may only apply to in-store or online offerings. There can be differences when certain products are available by direct shipping from our manufacturers or when special purchases are made of goods to be sold in our shop only. There are many factors that can affect the cost's of products. We make every effort to have consistent pricing on all products and will handle any discrepancy on a case by case basis.  Please call to speak to a customer service representative.

Q:  What forms of payment do you accept?

A:  Lady Golf - The Fashion House accepts the following forms of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and Lady Golf gift cards.

Q:  How can I find what I am looking for on your site?

A:  There are multiple ways to search on the site. At the top of the page there is a search box where you can, for example, type in "skorts" and this will bring up all skorts. You can also search by manufacturer or even the name of the particular item.

Q:  What is an electronic gift card certificate?

A:  An electronic gift card certificate works the same way as a physical gift card.  It is emailed to the recipient and can be used both in our retail stores and online.

Q:  Will you match the price of another retailer?

A:  Lady Golf - The Fashion House is committed to providing many unique items from around the world, many of which are exclusive to our stores. For this reason, we do not currently price match however we are interested in hearing from you if there is a concern regarding the price of an item.
