**SAVE TIME AND MONEY!**  Lady Golf can e-mail a nicely presented Gift Card Certificate directly to you or the recipient and there is no charge for this or shipping fee's. We can customize the certificate to include TO: the recipients name FROM: your name(s) as well as an occasion message up to 45 characters such as "Happy Birthday mom from your entire family". Makes a great gift idea for holidays, anniversaries, retirement and other special occasions.
   HOW TO USE YOUR GIFT CARD OR CERTIFICATE:

  • Your Lady Golf Gift Card works like a credit card with a pre-set spending limit.
  • You can check the available balance before you shop by calling the toll free 800 number on the back of the card .
  • At Check Out, please provide the 16 digit account number from the back of your Gift Card, or from the front of a gift card certificate, under the "Survey Section" of the check-out and we will use your Gift Card up to the available limit before charging your credit card.
  • Each time you use your card, the purchase amount is automatically deducted from your card balance.
  • Spending is limited to the amount of money placed on the card by the purchaser.
  • Your Lady Golf Gift Card may also be used to place a phone order. Simply tell your personal shopper in advance you will be using a Lady Golf Gift Card for your purchase and provide the 16 digit account number on the back of the card.

If A Gift Card Is requested to be shipped ... a $5 charge applies for regular UPS delivery within the within the 48 U.S. contiguous states. A charge of $15.00 applies to all other U.S. destinations and the charge to your card will be adjusted accordingly. Delivery time is generally from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination.
